Sample Fetching & Preparation System in ShaGang Benhui Q

In October 2017, Nanjing Heao Automation Technology Co., Ltd. and Shagang Group successfully signed the “Shagang Benghui Terminal Sample Fetching and Preparation System” project, which is another work of HEAO after Shougang and Qian Steel, which is another new milestone in automated unmanned systems in China’s steel raw materials. That will be  a brilliant  history of HEAO's performance.

The system is an automatic sample preparation system for iron ore, iron ore powder and pellets. It aims to solve the problem of automatic transmission and automatic sample preparation of iron ore and iron ore powder, including 3 sets of online particle size detection systems and 2 sets of online moisture detection system and a set of overall automation integration for analytical sample preparation systems.

At present, all the equipment has been installed in place, and the overall adjustment has been successfully completed, and then the debugging with material will be carried out.
