JQ-RT multifunctional gas sample preparation AIO machine is a new type of shearing equipment recently developed by our company. Reserving the original device of oxygen and nitrogen elements preparing particles (with fixed length device) in shearing analysis of steel and shearing caudal peduncle, we add inert gas protection device. At the same time, two small polishing apparatuses are equipped for removing the oxide layer on rod-like steel and iron samples to improve surface cleanliness, one is suitable for irregular rod-like sample to be sanding by file manually; the other is suitable for regular sample to be sanding by abrasive belt automatically. Additionally, an ultrasonic cleaning machine and a negative pressure ventilator are equipped to clean the sample and discharge harmful gases (argon, acetone, etc) outside respectively. The equipment utilizes PLC as controlling section, which is highly intelligent and has strong expansion feature. Lastly, the circuit design is simple and easy to maintain.
